Google maps & maps can sometimes send you via Waikare Road, we don’t recommend this road. It is gravel with a lot of pot holes and has very little cell phone coverage should you get a flat tyre or breakdown.

Note:  Russell Village is the closest shops to us.  Most shops & cafes/restaurants close between 7.30 & 8.30pm.  We strongly suggest bringing groceries and supplies as there is nothing nearby.
